The Kamiak PTO is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. Our bylaws are our “operating manual.” We follow these rules and procedures to ensure fiscal responsibility and transparency, to keep systems running smoothly, and to ensure that the leadership changes hands fairly and regularly. Our current set of bylaws was last amended on May 6, 2020.
